AGM 2024

The River Thames Boat Project’s AGM was held on November 11^th, and we were delighted that we could be joined by so many of our members, including volunteers and supporters.  The key topics discussed included finances, number of bookings, number of volunteers and the challenges of maintaining two boats.

Although many organisations are facing financial challenges, the staff reported that there is reason to be optimistic. Our feedback data shows that clients are consistently pleased with the education and cruising services we provide and will be booking with us again. This is confirmed by the large number of clients who have booked multiple trips with us.

Thames Venturer and Thames Discoverer have also undergone some significant improvement works over the last 12 months, with a massive investment of time from Glenn and the volunteer team. Thank you and well done to everyone.
